The Not so Civil War continues! This time Borka the Vengeance of the Rimeshaws raises the Power of Dhunia to face his own kinsman whom Ironwood Chieftain Madrak has taken!
The Glacier King is not really going to get shots against an entirely cold immune army (and all the stuff that isn't cold immune shouldn't be a viable target) that really he should be looking for places to run up and try to remove Mulg or Rok from the table.
Borka2 uses a combination of charges, lightning fists, and countercharges to cut a hole into the Raider picket line. DEF 15 is no joke, but to beasts and a warlock who can boost, the bigger question is whether they will Tough under Madrak's Even Ground. getting lucky Lightning damage rolls to pop more Tough rolls helps widen the opening in the front.
The best part is that it's behind a forest, a decent spot to hide my battlegroup. Mulg stays within 3" to keep Arcane Vortex in check to prevent Hunter from going off.
Instead of a charge, the Glacier King opts to power strike the Earthborn into Mulg , but between an Earthborn and Mulg, the DEF 11 ARM 21 Glacier King doesn't stand a chance. Rok takes this as an opportunity to dive at Madrak1.
Madrak1 sees an opening, goes for Borka2. He survives the freestrike from Rok. Then Rok countercharges Madrak1. He survives the countercharge. At some point he's probably used the scroll by now.
Borka2 takes a hit, goes up to ARM 22. Madrak1 can't do enough to hurt him after that. The victory goes to the Power of Dhunia...and some lucky lucky dice.
