There are prettier ways to make mountain passes, but I went for a method that was easier for me to get done in numbers. I made 24 mountains to form 12 mountain passes. I still paint Games Workshop stuff from time to time, and this time I started my very own army of fat. Some Ogre Kingdoms Bulls. These models paint up real easily. Probably the most difficult thing was figuring out how to attach their clogs. The standard is a "reverse maw" inspired by the Dakka Dakka Batman-esque logo. I've been test driving Hoarluk Doomshaper's Runes of War at Tier 4. The basic tactic is to throw up a wall and use Elemental Communion to buff your ARM in conjunction with the Krielstone. I made giant hills with steppes at 5" increments. They're not fancy, but they make for decent display boards. While the look of the firearms of the Retribution is a turnoff for some, I love the contrast between their typical smooth elven aesthetic with some of the over-sized aspects of their armor and weapons. Privateer Press has released a pic of the Trollbloods' War Wagon on their blog. You can also see a picture of concept art on the actual post. Just some models I painted in the summer for a game I don't even play. The gaki are easy enough to paint. Two types of gray and then they're mostly done (black inks on the stormy gray and sepia on the cold/stonewall gray) . A hanged man. You see the same Grays at work (it's how I assembly line) and you'll see the reds here on some Warmachine stuff I post later in the week.
